Privacy Policy

Template: replace everything in [square brackets] and have this policy checked before you launch. It's a starting point, not legal advice.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, and your name or profile picture if you sign in with Google.
- Your journal: the trades, notes, screenshots, prop account details, settings and reviews you add.
- Billing: your plan and payment status. Card details go straight to Stripe and we never see them.
- Optional profile details: nickname and country, if you add them.
How we use it
- To run your journal: storing your trades and showing your stats.
- To manage your trial and subscription.
- To send account emails such as confirming your email or resetting your password.
- To send product updates, only if you tick "Send me updates". Untick it in Settings any time.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use your trades for advertising.
Who else handles it
- Supabase hosts our database, sign-in and file storage.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Anthropic generates AI reviews. When you ask for a review, that trade's details and screenshots (or that week's trades) are sent to Anthropic's API to produce it. Nothing is sent unless you press a review button.
- [YOUR HOSTING PROVIDER, e.g. Cloudflare] serves the website.
Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States.
Who can see your journal
Only you, unless you choose to share. If you join the community, other members can see your username and display name, whether you're online, and any trades you post (to everyone or just friends). Your messages are visible to the people in that chat. Everything else in your journal stays private.
Every trade and screenshot is locked to your account by our database's security rules. We only access your data if you ask us to (for example, for support) or if the law requires it.
Cookies and storage
We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences like your last open tab. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
- Download a full copy of your journal any time from Settings → Backup.
- To delete your account and everything in it, email [CONTACT EMAIL] from your account's email address.
- To ask what we hold about you, or to correct it, email us at the same address.
